The 2005 Slowpokes season began at Brainerd Intl. Raceway with a little rain, and little sun and lots of track time to work on all the new settings for the NSX. Linda Olson - the "Weather Witch" did her job and after a soaked morning, things cleared up and we all went out to play. This was my first time back on track since 2003, so I had a lot of relearning to do, as well as a completely new car under me. The NSX felt great, very flat with good turn in and brakes, but I quickly found the limitation of the 3 year old S03s I had on, and now need to look at either another set of Victoracers or Hoosiers...it never ends! |
